Acute Coronary Syndrome
A prospective cohort study, the NARDI-ACS study, evaluated the diagnostic ability of serum nardilysin (NRDC) for early detection of ACS (1). The study included 435 patients in the Phase I cohort and 486 in the Phase II cohort. NRDC had higher sensitivity than hsTnI within 6 hours of onset, and its combined use with hsTnI improved early diagnosis of ACS.
